Polar Bear Fly 2010

Today wast the annual Ozark Mtn Barnstormers Polar Bear Fly! The weather cooperated nicely with sunny skies, very little wind and temperatures around 30 degrees. Everyone stayed warm with a nice fire and plenty of chili and hot chocolate.
We had at least a dozen flyers out to celebrate the new year. Calvin managed to get in the first flight of the year, and unfortunately Joe had the first crash!
Spectators are always welcome to come visit to the flying field any time the gate is open. The field is located on Cheyenne Road between Ozark and Nixa.
